Gillian Hirst's 2012 Christmas menu take the stress out of Christmas and allow Gillian to cook. All dishes that require cooking come with simple stress free instructions.

Please follow these instructions for making an order request online:

1. Place your order using this form indicating the quantities of what you would like to order and your complete contact details including a phone number. If the form is filled in incorrectly, we may be unable to contact you.
2. We will call you back within 48 hours to confirm your order
   
3. Payment will need to be made before the order will be processed. You have 3 payment options:
   i. Provide your credit card details over the phone
   ii. Arrange a direct deposit - this must be confirmed over the phone first
   iii. Drop into the cafe and pay in person - this must be confirmed over the phone first
   
4. Order cannot be processed until full payment is received
